1. What is a lenticular 3D frame?
It’s a special print that creates a 3D effect or image transition when viewed from different angles. The artwork literally shifts or moves as you look at it!

2. Is the frame included?
No, the frame is optional and can be added before checkout. We also offer a pre-mounted version ready to hang.

3. What are the dimensions of the frame?
Each piece measures 28x38 cm (around 11x15 inches), perfect for walls, shelves, or as a centerpiece in your setup.

4. How long does shipping take?
Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. If your country doesn't appear during checkout, just message us and we’ll fix it for you.

6. Can I customize my frame?
We're working on launching a dedicated custom section very soon! In the meantime, if you have a custom idea, feel free to contact us — we'll be happy to create something special just for you.

7. What if my order arrives damaged?
No worries — if your frame arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll send you a free replacement.
